I used to order there many times; about 9 years ago. I order again last Friday for take out. It was ready on time, but as soon as I walked in, I was regretting it. The restaurant was empty. I ordered 3 items; two were supposed to be spicy. Neither of those two were spicy at all; in fact they were incredibly flavorless. My rating is for having it done on time only; I will never be back.
Horrible customer service. All I wanted was some Chinese food so I didn’t have to cook and was willing to wait up to an hour. The lady on the phone takes my order and at the very end proceeds to tell me they’re busy, do I want the food still. I say yes many many times and she keeps repeating that I’m wasting HER time. Maybe tell the customer you’re NOT accepting orders BEFORE you take their orders over the phone. Horrible lady. Not worth going there, you’re better off going to Mcds across the street.
