I used to like this place. The last owner was very friendly. But as soon as I walked in and saw the new renovation, I knew they might have changed owners. I got into the restaurant 5 minutes early without realizing that they’re not opened yet. The waitress was speaking to her coworkers in vietnamese saying that I didn’t know that they’re not opened yet. I didn’t feel welcomed at that moment. I ordered grilled chicken with spring rolls on rice. I was very disappointed that my spring rolls looked so dark. I would’ve thought that since I was the first one to be served and the oil should be fresh. Why did my spring rolls look so dark? (I’m under the impression that the oil is old) The grilled chicken wasn’t great either and everything was just super greasy. I could even feel a bit sick in my stomach during my meal. I just couldn’t continue eating. Then I went to pay for my meal, and the waitress really broke down my change. When I asked if she has a $5 bill for me and she said they don’t have any. I’m never coming back to this place anymore.

Great service. They had me seated and served within 5 minutes. I was in and out of the restaurant in 15 minutes total. When I told them I was in a hurry, the server hustled. Great service. Great pho but the prices seem comparable to Vancouver prices. Not sure why Coquitlam seems just as expensive as Vancouver. I did like the Pho – plenty of meat, tasty broth and I took my left over home.

I like this place. Good food and they let me do a custom order pho with beef ball and grilled pork (reminds me of bun cha Hanoi). Theyre fast and friendly and kitchen is very clean.

The soup lacked flavor and depth. I’m not sure what it was, but everyone in our party felt a little sick after eating here. I also have to comment on how cheap they are – this restaurant nickel and dimes you. They gave us a tiny little plate of bean sprouts to share amongst 4 people. This was no more than 1/2 cup of bean sprouts. When we asked for more, they said it would be another $1 per plate. This was our first and last time eating at this restaurant.

Great food, clean business and incredibly friendly staff and owner. The pho is delicious and full of wonderful flavors. I will definitely be going back there.

A few friends and I were in the area and saw the donair place…as we were getting ready to enter the donair place we saw the Pho restaurant, the atmosphere was nice and so were the people there…we all three ordered the Vietnamese subs…grilled pork…and was dissapointed looked as though we got leftover scraps…there was not enough meet on our subs.. maybe enough for one fork full on each sub…then we thought let’s order some spring rolls and again dissapointed…felt like something that you bought frozen and then fried yourself…this diner and at least 2 or more will never go here again…we ended up at the donair place after that because we were still hungry.

Nice Surprise. I had the Hot & Sour seafood Pho and it was great. Normally I`m reaching for the Hoisin and Sriracha sauce to add some flavour to Pho as most places frankly don’t make great Pho no need for the extra sauces at Pho Holiday. The Hot and Sour had enough heat kick to get me sniffling and just enough citrus sour to give a nice tang. I had a small bowl and it filled me nicely so I didn’t get to try other menu items. The other reviews give the broth high praise so I can hardly wait to try some meat pho. If Pho Holiday was in Vancouver it would be packed as most of the Pho places are mediocre. I hope word of mouth keeps this place going …I know I`ll be back and recommending it to others. The lady who served me was very polite and friendly and the restaurant seemed clean.
