Having eaten here many times I can safely say this is by far the best soup and sandwich place in the tri cities. Most of the items are made in house such as the bread and the soups. A must is the meatloaf sandwich , which is made in house daily! Every time Im back in the tri cities, a stop at soup plus is a must !
What a disappointment! This used to be my favourite soup and sandwich place in town. Loved their chicken salad sandwich and mushroom soup. I just went there for brunch. The chicken salad sandwich had a little bit of salad and literally 2 tiny pieces of chicken bits in there. They were so small that I didn’t even see them at first. I went up to talk to the lady owner about the lack of chicken in the sandwich. She told me that’s the way it was supposed to be – no chicken in the chicken salad as it’s a SALAD, just like no tuna in a tuna sandwich. How does this make any sense? If there is no chicken in chicken salad sandwich, it shall be called a salad sandwich. I always like to support local small businesses, but given the experience, I will not go back 🙁
