Negative experience. No one was greeting our team nor checked on us until we left. And food was so overpriced. Menu was not corrected. (Alaska roll was with sockeye on menu but came out with atlantic salmon) never will recommend to others.

Definitely average sushi etc, but we have at least had consistent quality, and none of the difficulties listed below. Delivery is always timely, driver is great and have not experienced any mistakes in our orders. Reasonably priced, it is not your up scale sushi bar, but the sashimi is always fresh and rolls not to heavy. quick, convenient, average.

This place is pretty close to where we live so we were excited to try it. At first, we loved this place. Our sushi staples tasted fresh and delicious. We thought we had found a hidden gem. However, after a few more visits we realized we were wrong. The food was salty and bland. I’m not sure why our first few visits were so tasty. The staff hasn’t seemed to of changed, unless they suddenly dropped the quality of their ingredients. Maybe the day of the week has something to do with the freshness. Or perhaps it was just the euphoria of finding a sushi restaurant that draws a cute little flower in sauce on your plate. All of that said, service here is quick and friendly but it isn’t enough to save the food. Sorry Yoko, we’re gonna have to let ya go.

Just had the worst customer service from Yoko Sushi in Coquitlam. Pick up my order, get home – half of my order is wrong. No big deal. I’m sure if I call them, they will deliver the rest of my order. Clearly… not so much. They basically didn’t believe me on the phone, made me bring the entire order back so I couldn’t even eat what was correct. When I asked if they could deliver the rest of my order, she said they would have to pay the delivery guy. So that wasn’t an option. At this point, I’m hangry AND angry. When I get back to Yoko, I literally have to pick up the roll in my hand to show her that it’s not my order because she just keeps looking at the receipt and saying that’s what I ordered. At the end of this, they gave me my money back and I had to give the whole order back so I’m still hangry. I won’t be back, and she didn’t seem too sad to see me leave. In my frustration of wanting to get my money and leave, I didn’t check how much they refunded me. They didn’t give me the tip back so I didn’t even get a full refund.Their sushi is good but nothing special. I will happily buy from the other 3 sushi restaurants down the street.

Bad service. I use this restaurant pretty often but I recently had a bad experience with them.I ordered food for delivery but they didn’t give me what I ordered. I called them back and ask what’s going on. But the lady sounded so irritated at me and blamed me. Eventually I gave up (I didn’t wanna waste of time with her) I was working at different Japanese restaurants a couple years. Nobody would blame on customer and if they keep accepting this service, they would lose many customers. This is such a unprofessional service. When you order food, please ask them to repeat your order!
