Interesting and a little odd at the same time. The food was ok despite the place being a weird mix of dairy grocery and home cooking cafe. The kids ate well and the ice cream was yummy. I was surprised by the quality of the meal. Odd location honestly.
BEST LUNCH EVER!. A co-worker and I popped by there for lunch today as we’ve both driven passed Avalon a few times and saw the very cheery Sean’s Good Eats sign and often wondered about the food. And sure enough, Sean isn’t kidding – they are good eats! I had a delicious and perfectly grilled chicken panini, which came with a salad (!!!) for less than $8! I washed it down with some organic chocolate milk which capped the meal perfectly. You can also pick up milk, cheese, ice cream or eggs there! The staff are extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. We’ve found our new lunch spot – we’ll be back soon! You should go there too, you won’t be disappointed!

Affordable Lunch in Great Spot !. Try the best chocolate milk from Avalon you’ll ever drink and pair it with a tasty sandwich or flat bread. My favourite is the chicken pesto panini ! Try the cookies and muffins – freshly baked. Lots of action at this little spot and super friendly staff ! Located amongst many head offices (Grand & Toy, Watson Gloves, Mustang Lifejackets) in an industrial office site in south Burnaby. Head to the cafe to pick up your lunch and then head to the Fraser River’s peaceful river walk to enjoy – just a 1 minute drive from Sean’s.
