My experiences here have been horrible. I wish I could say otherwise but I was very dissapointed multiple times. The servers – more like monkeys – were very rude, inconsiderate and actually had friends JUMP OVER the counter while they were at work. They continued to eat the candy out of the jars and make a huge lot of noise. Very immature. The drink itself was extremely sweet, I couldn’t finish it.
I’m so glad to see more bubble tea places in tri-cities! I liked the fact that I was able to choose the level of sweetness for my taro milk tea. They also had a number of options to choose from but I went with the standard tapioca balls which were soft and chewy. The red apple slushie we tried was awesome – highly recommend it.This spacious location is great for big and small groups. Plus, if you’re looking for a place to hang out with friends, consider this place because besides sipping drinks, you can also enjoy some waffles and play board games and darts! dineoutwithdee.wordpress.com
I came here awhile ago and the first thing I noticed was the size of their store. It was really big and they had lots of tables and seats. They had a good selection of bubble tea, and some interesting toppings. For example, you can get flavored pearls such as honey infused pearls. Or you can get coffee crisps or Reese’s into your drinks. If a normal size bubble tea is not enough for you, you can get a large version which they serve in a mason glass. Anyways, we got the matcha and taro+reese bbt, and I have to say I was quite disappointed. They didn’t taste very strong in flavor, kinda watered down to me. And the texture of the drinks was very icy, in fact, half way thru my matcha bbt, I realized there was a huge long block of ice formed in the middle of my bbt cup. Obviously I couldn’t just take a sip anymore, I had to use my straw to poke at the large ice block to get it dissolved. Sad to say our first visit there was not a good one. However, many people seemed to like this place, so perhaps it was just a bad day? Anyways, I’m not sure if I will come back. instagram.com
Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bubble tea. They are very accommodating with what you want especially for sweetness which I think is fantastic because everyone has different preferences for sweetness. I just recently tried their oolong milk tea give that a 10/10. Also tried their peach green tea which is super refreshing give that a 10/10 as well. When ordering, just like any other food or drink place keep in mind what you like try those flavours first.
This place looks nice but it’s a really bad location, parking is a pain to do in that little strip out front. The bubble tea dident have much flavor and was fairly bland. Gf had an ice cream slushie but she said the same thing, lacked flavor. Probably won’t return

Great drinks and great people. I been here a few times and I’ve always left with a satisfied taste. The drinks are always tasty and the perfect consistency. Great branding and nice atmosphere inside. Will definitely be back.
