I’ve gone here twice and both times the dishes were hot, fresh and super tasty. Service was good, the female waitress was professional and efficient. Eggplant basil stir fry and peanut curry were on point. Definitely worth a try!
Decent for Port Coquitlam. We do take out quite a bit here. Owners don’t speak English very well. We can usually share two plates and have leftovers for lunch. Curries are decent, broths are a bit bland but we just add some chili garlic sauce to it. Our favourites are the lemongrass/rice dishes. They messed up one order where we wanted chicken pho but they gave us chicken curry. They compensated by giving us a discount on our next order though.
We came here for lunch and ordered a pad thai and a vermicelli bowl. The vermicelli bowl was especially good and sizable. Prices seemed to be pretty standard compared to other thai/vietnamese restaurants.Good quality food at a decent price. We definitely plan to come back at some point
Environment/decor: 4Quality of food: 4.5Price: $$Service: 3.5I got the satay house special regular for $8. The soup is very clean and tasty. The chicken satay skewers ($6.5) are very fresh and delicious. I just wish they got more satay sauce on the skewers. I will definitely come back to try out other items on the menu. They also got Thai food on the menu as well.
I go here because I work nearby. I order the same fresh roll time after time and it seems to change a lot? Like sometimes it’ll be wrapped differently, the first time I ordered it, it didn’t have mint in it and the second time, it did so I had to start ordering it without mint because I was never sure if I would get it that day? The meat/shrimp/sausage content would also change… Also, I ordered their spring roll for the first time and was greatly disappointed. The owners to this pho place previous to them used to serve two big rolls that could barely fit in the container. For the same price, the Noodle House gave me much smaller rolls with a strange wrapper and an underwhelming side salad. Some of my coworkers tried their pad thai and said that it wasn’t worth having and that their pho broths are not flavorful. I will avoid ordering from this place in the future unless I have to. It’s too bad because the interior is clean and the place just got renovated and the staff are really really friendly. Just wish they would step up their menu.
