when this place opened there were actually lineups to get in. that doesnt happen anymore. if this place lasts beyond its lease id be shocked. ***update***pretty sure a lot of the staff are from another planet. simple communication is foreign to them. dont ask for a substitution on your order. it had to go through 4 people to get a bottled coke instead of a fountain drink
