Canada day..I know it’s going to be fairly busy.. Going in the hostess told us 5-10 minute wait. We waited 25 minutes until seated, hostess apologied for the wait which was fine. She told us what the special was and then left to tend to the front again.My party of three which included my wife and a guest from overseas browsed through the menu and made our choices which took about 10 minutes with no sign of our server anywhere. Finally saw a female server bringing drinks to table behind us, my wife waived her down and she seemed surprised and then asked if we were ready to order. My wife said yes and she said she’d be right back. (We still have no drinks not even water yet) waitress disappears and my wife was like wth? She starts counting down from 40 then got distracted so the time was actually more like 5 minutes (distracted by looking at website for other restaurants close by). Still no server so we got up and left. I’ve been to restaurants swamped and not gotten served food for a long time before but our server was still attentive and explanative where I’ve still given a great tip. This was very unacceptable.

No biggies, but then immediately I saw a table of 8 was seated right after us right away. We only had 3 ppl. Then after we waited at our table for 10-15 mins, no waiter/waitress show up and ask us if we want anything to drink, noone came to the table and even after I waive someone down for ordering, and she acknowledged that she’ll be right back. The waitress went to serve someone water, put the water bottle back, and just when we were wondering where she went, she went and decided to seat the next table down…. That’s what draws the last straw. We just left! This location needs some good training on customers service.

I had a paper form of my dl because I renewed it. I provided a care card, my citizenship card, credit card and my driver’s license in paper form and a passport on my iphone: It’s just to show proof that I am over 18 years old. I spoke to the manager (I think I’m older than the manager). They did not show a careful thought and I was humiliated so no tips. I do not recommend No.3 Road, Richmond Boston Pizza. Food is so-so by the way. It’s Richmond, you’ll find a better restaurant.
Dined for 1 1/2 hours…..?!?!. You know there’s something wrong when you sit down and order and then your meal comes about 45 minutes later (Smokey Mountain Spaghetti) and your wifes shows up 20 minutes later….and its WRONG! Not once but twice! We originally ordered a split pizza Mediterranean and Tropical Chicken. Ended up getting a Med and Buffalo, then they brought out another Med. and Tropical Chicken and didn’t charge us for either pizza. I would think that pizza would take a shorter time to make….but apparently not! Anyways service sucks, no refills on my water or coke, but food is pretty much the same as other BP’s. So if you want to have to work for your own dining experience….go to the one on 3 Road!
Very bad service. Server is racist. The place was empty (5 tables including the bar on a Tuesday evening). Would not return and would not recommend it!
