just ok, nothing really special, similar to Cha Time drinks start at $3.50, plus $ for extras (pearls, coco gel, other stuff you want on your drink) they get busy during the evenings cozy place to meet up friends for BBT I feel rushed ordering sometimes their specials are only good at certain times, be aware, most are during happy hour lots of parking at this complex use your Belly card for free drinks later on

I went there for a drink with cellphone coupon, even before I purchase I asked the cashier how to use, at the end, she asked me the swipe my credit card and charge me on full price without using the coupon…. and thats will be my last time going there, not so friendly overall…
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their customer service, too bad 1 star is the lowest I can rate them. I found a dead fly in my bubble tea after I brought it back to my office (YVR airport). Had to drive all the way back to #2 Road and Blundell. I ensured to be polite and discreet so as not to startle the other customers. The dirty look and disgusted attitude from the staff behind the counter was unbelievable!!! WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had!! A simple apology and taking ownership of the mistake would have gone a long way. And to think I took their image to the other customers into consideration!!!!!!!! I will gladly share this experience with all my family, friends and church congregation. Over priced bubble tea plus bad customer service does not make for good business. I will DEFINITELY be taking my business elsewhere (not like Richmond is lacking of bubble tea shops). Coco is a NO GO!!!!!!!
Does your fruit teas even have tea in them? I ordered the passion fruit green tea with pearls and it just tasted like cold water with a hint of sweetness. Worst bubble tea I have ever had, I do not recommend coco to anyone.
My sister and I tried this place out a few days ago. I love the smell when you enter the place! It’s smells like sweet milk tea. The place itself is huge and very beautiful. Nice colour palette, wall art, and air-conditioned too. I got the pudding milk tea and my sis got the sago taro milk tea. We could order regular or large. Our drinks were delicious! Sweetness was just right and the flavour was on point! I want to try their 2 ladies or 3 guys next time. I’ll be back for sure. It will be my new go-to bbt place!
Visited Coco during their grand opening weekend. It was super busy with quite the line up but it moved pretty quickly. So glad we decided to wait! We got a mango smoothie and it came with a free milk tea. The milk tea is excellent! The pearls are chewy and the tea is rich and creamy. I really hope they keep up the quality and freshness! This will be our new go to bubble tea shop.
