Since Vancouver also known as HongCouver with so many Chinese immigrants.. dim sim and xiao long bao are famous here, so we followed dumpling trail and the most famous one is this Hongkong resto call Dinesty Dumpling House… their xiao long bao is the signature dishes and I can understand why.. silky dough and perfect combination of scallops, pork and prawn packed with tasty soup.. it’s worth 40 minutes train ride and walking in the rain…
