May, 2018I tried their salty cheese milk tea with pearls… its $5.95 for small cup … taste awful to me… Pearls are too soft…I rather go to shiny teaso expensive… tables and chairs are dirty with 3 employees and no customer inside

Tasty drinks. I like their selection. The Lemon Tea was worth the price. You can save more during the Happy hour deal they have going on rightnow.
Have heard great things about this franchise from Asia. Went to check out the new Richmond location during grand opening weeks and the service wasn’t spectacular. Person at the till was slow and inexperienced. Was not offered the stamp rewards card first time around..second time I went I had to ask for it. Bubble tea was not bad. Comparable to other places. Oreo Milk Tea is pretty good. Find they don’t top up the cups though. Love how they are environmentally friendly and use biodegradable plastic bags. Parking is difficult as it is located on No.3 road. You have to park at the mall and walk over.
