Most expensive, ($21), and worst breakfast ever. Our party of 6 looked over the buffet and everything looked tired and dry. We figured we'd get fresh …

Dine Out 2014. I understand lunch time for a hotel restaurant in Richmond is not as busy as places downtown but the entire restaurant was empty except for two other tables. There were 3 servers serving 3 separate tables in the same section, and still service was lacking. Food was average, soup came out cold, all the cutlery was sticky, and the ahi tuna was overpowered by spices that just did not work for the dish. Saving grace was the mashed potatoes and the bread pudding.
Awesome christmas!. Had the opportunity this year to go out for Christmas dinner and after searching out a lot of options I decided on Harolds Bistro .What a great dinner the service was friendly and very attentive,It made my night.I was alone this year and a girl named Carly served me and I cant say how great she was. Thanks
Great casual place. Been to harold’s a few times.. the last time was at the end of October and i got the Ahi Tuna steak… it came already sliced which was a bit disappointing but it was seasoned very well and came with a soya sauce blend on the side. Also with wasabi mashed potatoes which, if you like that sort of thing, are AMAZING. Together the tuna and mashed potatoes (and papaya salsa on the side) were a great combination and I would definitely go back for that. Great job. Hubby on the other hand got the chicken and brie panini, which sounds excellent, but was loaded with cheese and despite having pear and a mustard sauce in it, was surprisingly bland. Wouldn’t go for that again. But get the tuna! perfection!
Had salt & pepper wings at bar which were very good with friendly service
DINE OUT Vancouver 2013. It was a very good lunch. All the plates were delicious and they had a good service. And also they paid for our parking ($8 for 2 hours).
My wife and I ate here on January 14th, 2012 and we each had the prime rib special with mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and asparagus. It was fantastic. This is our second time going to Harold’s and we’ll be returning. I recommend sitting in the lounge side rather than the restaurant side as the vibe is better in the lounge.
Two tries and it is out!. We had a lunch and a breakfast at this place in the past week. The service was slow even though on Saturday the place was fairly quiet. By the time my wife got her toast, our meal was over. Sad. 🙂
