Such a popular place. We came here for the Mid Autumn festival and unfortunately, it was so popular that after our main dishes were served, they ran out of cutlery. The waiter was quite rushed with me when I asked for more serviettes. I really didn’t like the Ginger milk curd they served for dessert, but I enjoyed their chicken SO much (that was like the only thing I ate haha). The fried rice was a bit too liquidy and all the other dishes were average. It’s a nice place otherwise, but I would recommend booking in advance just in case it’s too full!

bad service / very slow good food/ we usually come here for their drunken chicken combogood price/ sharing dishes if I had to choose 1 dish: cold cucumbers (not in menu)would i go back? Yes
One of a few places that are open late in Richmond. Been awhile since I have been here. Went for a late dinner at around 11pm. Service wasn’t welcoming to begin with. We asked to sit at another table as the one by the door was super drafty. We were told we couldn’t switch and that was the only table available. There were a few empty tables that were not cleaned up so they obviously did not care to satisfy our needs. The food was not that great either. Expensive for the small amounts given. Their special chicken hot pot with Chinese herbs was bland. Will not be back.
never going back to this place ever, should have left after talking to the waitress.she was telling us what we will like instead of letting us chose what we wanted to eat, she even scammed us by saying the fried rice was included in the meal but it never was, we never asked for rice to begin with. be careful they will try to scam you. also there is no real selection of wonton noodle soup just the one.there are way better options out there in the area.
November, 8th, 2015We were planning to go to dynasty restaurant. But it’s long line up there. It’s end up we went to Neptune for lunch instead.3 of us Tried their beef fried noodles (extremely small); pan fried radish cake with xo sauce; half chicken (so small); yeung Chow fried rice (so disappointed ). . I saw one of the short hair 5′ 2 inches lady was picking one of the customer’s order food to eat before serve to customer; I also saw one skinny long hair old lady was picking nose then she carry a bowl of congee ( omg so disgusting ); one of the lady cook keep swearing after she broke whole bottle of ginger onion sauce.. its nothing to eat from menu/ bad services/ won’t go there again. we were sitting right in front of the kitchen.
