And I dont know if the owner will ever read this comment, but watch out for your workers. They got time to flirt but no time to pay attention to the customers? We don’t OWE you anything, so don’t serve the dish with a slam, and don’t roll your eyes at us!

For all u can eat there are 2 hours limits to order, and they serve so slow so we can’t order that much. And the meet didn’t taste that fresh. And I ordered 4 noodles because we have 5people, but they only brought 1. The meet balls are already small, and they still cut it in half. Also the spicy soup wasn’tso good. I have to say I don’t like it, and I don’t think I’ll go there again:-(
Worst place ever. Never come back again. I order 3 kinds of soup. One of them is spicy. They told me to choose light, medium or extra spicy, im a fan of spicy but my husband cant eat too spicy so I pick the light one, it cames with extra extra spicy, whle pot is oil and chili. I cant even eat once. The service is so slow even though they had only 3 tables to serves. I didnt even want to leave the tips but i left $3. We walked out and started the car. The young waitress run follow us, bring the cash tray and asked for tips. She said we have to gave extra $5 to make it $8????? For the bill total $50. Omygod. Other looked at us just like cheap sss. I dont know how they run the business. THATS WHY THEY have only 3 table during the dinner time. Hope they can stay long. Never gonna be back.
Best Hot Pot this side of the ocean. I’m a huge hotpot fan and I’ve not tried this place until today. So glad I did! A smallish space, about 12 tables, so nice and intimate, modern. The AYCE menu is the best I’ve seen in the lower mainland, with all the options I wanted. The soup base I chose was the edible fungi one, and it had tons of mushrooms, goji berries, scallion and a nice flavour. The meat and seafood were fresh and tasty! All my favourite sauces were there too (good sizes). The staff are quite young, and I thought they were very sweet and attentive. So service = good I also got everything I ordered! That never happens at hotpot places, so it was nice I didn’t have to re-ask. Overall I really enjoyed my meal! I’ve got a new favourite when I visit Vancouver.

Good Choice for Hot Pot. New Concept offers a diverse choice of typical hot pot ingridients. Price is reasonable and a few good choices of hot pot soup base. Definitely a must go, especially for a group dinner or a cold winter night.
