Waited almost 30 minutes (for fried rice!), figured my meal was likely given to another table as customers that arrived after us received their meals. To echo the other reviewer, yes, be prepared to wait…a long time. Won’t be back.
Located at Richmond Center Mall, this bbtea cafe location was just recently renovated. Have definitely seen improvements in the quality of the food and dining ware. Portions used to be inconsistent and dining ware were quite worn out. Portions are great now and they have replaced the dining ware which looks more hygienic. Of course, with changes comes an increase in prices. Have come here twice since renovations and both experiences have been positive. Food is fresh and tasty. Just a warning: food may take a little time to arrive so be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes during busy hours. Service is average. If you dont order a drink and only order water dont expect them to come around to refill unless you ask. Cash and cards accepted which is a bonus as the Continental location only accepts cash. Ample parking. Avoid going during peak hours as they also get traffic from the mall. Dinner and mall closing hours are busiest.
