We ordered two medium pizzas, one chicken and one supreme for takeout. Shortly after they entered the order, like 10 seconds after, we informed them we wanted the chicken pizza on thin crust. Nope, they wouldn’t have it, cashier peeks into the kitchen and claims pizza is already made and in the oven. Informed pizza would take 15 minutes. Went outside for 10 minutes, got some fresh air, came back inside, sat at the bench right in front of the cashier. Waited over 40 minutes overall. Eventually asked them where the heck the pizza was as it had been over 40 minutes. They had left the pizza under the counter for god knows how long, never bothering to call out the pizza was ready, Horrendous service.
This is the worst place for food.The service is substandard.The pizza not only very oily but also very poor.I ordered a large pizza and got a large with the first inches from the edge of the pie as crust. So just a small pizza in the middle. Few pieces of chicken if you could find it.Ill never go to pizza Hut again.It a rip-off. I am very disappointed.Period.
Timely efficient reliable Pizza Hut!!! The pizzas were decent, even though a bit for the thin crust I ordered, but I guess that’s the PH recipe.I love to be able to order online.

Wow. Talk about a disappointment, we did a pick up order last night and wow how bad could it get. We ordered a medium meat lovers and a small breaded wings ( mild ) and when we got home usual drive home the pizza was cold and the wings ( also cold ) well they started off as sweet and then someone added more hot sauce how can someone do that. Our last 5 pizza pick up’s where great so we know it wasn’t the drive home same distance and all, the only thing different was we called our order in while we were 10 minutes away. Doubtful if we shall return. May have to go back to fresh slice pizza what a waste of ////////////$28.00 should have thrown the money in the toilet
HORRIBLE service. The waitress was scattered even though the restaurant area wasnt full and got out order wrong three times. We had tons of leftovers cause the pizza was not up to par. The waitress also dropped the pizza on the floor while trying to put it in take out boxes, unfortunately this was after we paid. Avoid this place at all costs.
Thats pizza hut. The only thing i like about pizza hut is no matter where you go, you get same quality of food everywhere.but seriously….. clean up your washroom more often
