Trendy coffee in Langley? Here’s your place. Are you young and enjoy the trendy atmosphere of small coffee shops in Vancouver, but are stuck in Langley/Cloverdale? Sick of Starbucks and Tim Horton’s? I think you’ll like this place. I used to love studying at coffee shops while attending UBC with a decadent dessert and a steaming black coffee. I especially love cake, but Starbucks only has boring menu of cookies and muffins. Mattu’s is in the Willowbrook Mall, but this place reminds me of a coffee shop in Kits or Kerrisdale. You’re surrounded by gimmicky mugs on the walls, wide selection of coffees, a trendy tea-bar in the back, the floor plan is wide and this whole package feels rustic and cozy. And they have some cakes, which I like a lot.
