We have been to Mongolie Grill numerous times, as we like the fact that we can pretty much create our own meal (and we like the wraps!). However, every time weve been to the Langley location its been worse than the time before. Some of the veggies (that you know come from a can) taste off, and I wonder how long they let stuff like that sit out. Weve noticed frozen (stuck together) meat has been put out, which makes it unusable unless you want a bowl full of meat. Also- fresh carrots are usually not chopped properly which results in uncooked carrots in your bowl. The corn chowder was just plain gross, and I am pretty sure it was just a can of creamed corn heated up with some chopped peppers, broth and salt. That being said- the servers are generally pleasant, but it also gets so busy at peak times that they dont seem to check on tables as often as they should. We have been here on more than one occasion where they have been clearly understaffed. To be perfectly honest, I prefer the Go Grill places at mall food courts!

Very disappointed with this place. The food was so bad, we decided never again. It was not stir fried well. Even the veggies were not done well.
What can I say the whole experience was amazing and the service was outstanding love the selection of meats and veggies,noodles I’ll be back there soon
Worst experience. We went here often but yesterday we found not one but TWO hairs in two different things. One was in the stir fry and the other was in the complimentary soup!! After the first one they said they would remove from bill after the 2nd one we were just grossed out told our waitress she took the hair had no compassion ..we paid I again expressed my concern of two different hairs found by two different people in two different dishes she said whatever and walked away.. blowin away will never return…
Didn’t like this restaurant at first but now I know how to make my mix. Spicy chicken plus nuts and banana chips r my fav. Need to try to add some more stuff but not water chestnuts
This is a fun restaurant, hands down a blast. There’s no real menu to speak of, instead you get to create a custom stir fry from a smorgasbord of raw meat and vegetables. Food is always great, even if you don’t know have an idea of what you’ll like. Sometimes you’ll even get a surprise from someone else’s meal as they’re all cooked on a single hot stone. Price goes by weight so if its your first time be careful, seafood and meat can rack up quite a bill. After about 3 times of eating here you’ll understand what I mean. Not only just great food, but a fun experience and a great environment.
