The prices are cheap however I found the food rather bland. Nothing had much favour. My eggs were overlooked and the french toast needed some cinamon or something. Being my first visit I wasn’t offered a menu only the 6 options on the table top stand. Definitely prefer some other breakfast places in town.
Would come back. I had the …. Would come back.I had the eggs Bennie & hubby had the hot corn beef sandwich w/fries. Mine had large slices of ham, house made home fries (not grated hash but pan fried chunks) and 2 delicious stacks of eggs Benedict. Well worth the under $9 price. The corn beef sandwich was a special under $7 so for the price, it was good value but didn’t look anything special. Also, they use frozen krinkle-cut fries so if that’s not your thing than ask to substitute.Service was very good – both the Asian man and woman who served us were polite and full of smiles. If you’re thinking of eating Chinese food – there’s an extremely small selection (no chow mein).I will go back – especially for breakfast.
Good food. For the price, you can’t go wrong. Fresh and consistent. Try the eggs benny for 6.95!
Reasonable and Decent. Male server was very friendly, but female server who came to take our order was a bit more terse. She did crack a smile when I commented that the food came so fast.I had the basic breakfast. Can’t go wrong with a $5 breakfast. Food was decent – I particularly liked the pan-fried potatoes. Very similar to Bon’s on Broadway except a bit more expensive.
Wor Wonton hit the spot. Caught in a rainstorm with no hat, I ducked into this greasy spoon to warm up and dry off. Good thing I had cash because they don’t take debit or credit cards.I ordered the Wor Wonton Soup and a Spring Roll. The soup was very nice and good value. Big pieces of BBQ pork, chunks of brocolli, many wontons, and long noodles. Broth was nice and not too strong or salty. Had to eat long noodles with a fork as there were no chopsticks on the table (could have asked but was enjoying the soup too much).Spring roll was also quite nice and seemed freshly made.Ambiance is classic greasy spoon. It is what it is.Good value, just make sure you have cash.
Great for the price. Well it might be a little greasy spoon, but they never uk up my breakfast….and for $4.95!! They have REAL panfried potatoes…just wish they would throw some onions in there to livin it up. Great service and great attitude!
Meh. It’s okay……….low prices but portions and food isn’t quite great anyway. not planning on returning anytime soon…
