Always Smiling!. This bakery has been a wonderful find since three people in my family were diagnosed as celiac. Even though I don’t have a gluten problem, I’ve picked up buns for just myself. The dessert bars are tasty, and fun to pick up a few to try with the family.But the biggest thing for me, is that I always leave there feeling great. The staff is so helpful, friendly, and genuine, it actually puts a smile on my face when I visit.
Excellent Service Tasty Treats. I was in a total bind today and I had to get something to an office by noon and when I called realized they were closed. The owner a gentleman who happened to pick up still put everything I needed together for pick up within a couple hours!!!! Did I mention THEY WERE CLOSED TODAY! I also needed 11 bars! I stumbled upon this bakery while my spouse needed to take items to a celiac co-worker and although we do not need gluten free items personally we find these bars are better than regular bakery goods! This is my first review and it was much deserved 🙂 Thanks for going out of your way today guys!
Pumpkin & Chocolate cheese cake … BAD~~~. Came here couple weeks ago … and I ordered a cheese cake …and the in-store price is different than the website … they said the website is not up to date… but I already made up my mind to order so I went ahead anyway…when I pickup my cake few days later… the cake is … kinda not up to my expectation… and most of my friends didn’t like it either… the frosting was bad and way too much of it … anyway … it was not a pleasant purchase … and I picked this place base on the review here… so maybe it was just not the right place to order cake
Venturing into this bakery for the first time has been a great experience. The staff was friendly and informative. They cut up additional products just for us to taste. Needless to say everything tasted was bought and I can’t wait to taste it in a full piece. I will definitely go back.
Great Discovery – Cloud Nine. We learned about this ray of gluten free heaven from the Global Newscast on Sunday, November 18, 2012. We have been searching for a great gluten free alternative bakery that has products that actually taste great and are enjoyable to eat. Their flour is incredible and truly can be substitured for regular gluten flour in almost every recipe imaginable. This made my wife and daughter ecstatic. Now they can enjoy tasty baking again, whether it’s Cloud Nine’s great products or something we bake at home.I wish people like Amy Kuntz would keep their negative comments to themselves, attitudes like that deserve a headache!I wish they were open on Sunday, but everyone is entitles to two days off in a row.
Gluten-free flour….Question??. We just saw a clip on the news stating you had the best gluten-free flour. I tried to find the flour on your website but couldn’t. I can’t drop in as I don’t live in Vancouver although come often to visit. Will you send me some information plus cost concernig your flour as there are a few gf flours I’m not able to eat too!!! thanksSharon
Desserts. I tried a sample of pastry @ this bakery and found it gave me a wicked sugar headache. Just because they advertise gluetein free does not mean they don’t use twice the sugar and fat normally used in baking. If you like poor customer service enjoy this dump
