Very nice people. Pretty much everything on the menu is delicious. much of what you see on display is homemade, as well as the sauces in the sandwiches. For a cheap and filling meal, go for a chinawich. For a great snack, try a BLT.
Rather than crossing the street to go to my usual chain coffee shop I took a chance on an independent coffee/sandwich shop – Raw Cuts. I made a good choice. The owner operator welcomed me and explained the breakfast menu and answered all my questions about his business. I had an egg and ham breakfast sandwich, as I might at the shop across the street. At Raw Cuts the breakfast sandwich comes with a cup of good quality coffee. For $4 I got my breakfast sandwich AND a good cup of coffee! It was very good. As good as what I would have got across the street. My only complaint is that it was on a Wonderbread bun. Seriously, there is a small bakery just up the block and this restaurant would be well served by charging a little more for the sandwich and going up the block and getting better quality bread. Recommended and I will return.
Be Respectful and Friendly at All Times: A Review About Your Rude Approach to Customers. I tried to support the little guy, but the rude approach by the female employee/owner was an open invitation to abandon my full cup of paid coffee on the table and walk across the street to the always-friendly, always-welcoming Starbucks.A little friendliness and respect goes a long way (i.e. the survival of your business) when you talk to your customers.
Delicious. Great spot in the neighborhood for delicious and reasonably priced lunch.
