Horrible Service.I’ve been trying to call to order takeout. The first time someone answered and asked me to hold, which I did for a solid 10 minutes before hanging up and recalling. When I called again, they answered the phone and didn’t say anything, nor did they put me on hold. I heard them take takeout orders for people, in person, over and over again, and after another 7 minutes went by, I hung up and called back. The third time they answered, didn’t say anything, heard them take a few more orders and help people pay, and then they put me on hold, still without saying anything. This is really poor customer service. I have a lot of other options for ordering sushi, and I won’t be ordering with them in the future, because they clearly do not care about my business…I understand you’re busy, but have more staff on, or at least say SOMETHING…terrible.

Would not consider a traditional japanese resaurant, but non the less very tasty japanese western fusion rolls. The salmon sashimi tasted good enough but there was no option on salmon type which is always appreciated. Overall, well lit, staff was accomodating at an average price, would go again, but there are so many places to try!!!

This is probably one of the best sushi places in guildford. Very vibrant atmosphere and the food was delicious. They offer a lot of fruity sushi like mango sauce on sushi and presentation is good. Definitely a must try for sushi lovers.

I ordered takeout so I have nothing to say about the service because it does not apply to me.I ordered sashimi, 2 rolls, and nigiri. And honestly, everything was great for the price. The size, the portion, the freshness, and the presentation! However the cutting line that ruins the food is the fact that the rice is mushy and overcooked. It ruins the flavor and does not complement raw fish.Your experience will be enjoyable if you’re into maki (rolls), sashimi, and appetizers because you don’t notice the bad rice. However I believe sushi rice is very important and they failed on that.

I ordered 1 Salmon Sashimi, 1 Smoked Salmon w Cream Cheese II and 1 Beef Yaki Soba. The Salmon Sashimi was fresh and large quantity. I didnt expect that at all! 9 or 10 pieces for only $11-$12. The Smoked Salmon roll was excellent!! Definitely will order it again in my next visit. The Beef Yaki Soba was good and quite a lot.Place: a bit small but warm and cozy. Staffs here are very nice! Especially, the food comes with very good price! Love it

Came here for a late lunch after working nearby. Restaurant was quite busy for middle of the afternoon and I was able to get a seat in a corner. Was given lots of time to look at the menu and I ordered salmon sashimi, toro sashimi, and chicken yakisoba. Sashimi came out quickly and I was impressed with the portion size. Salmon pieces were giant and the toro was also huge. Fish was delicious with no traces of smell. A few bites into the sashimi, the yakisoba arrived on a hot plate. Sizzle sizzle. That was also delicious with a large piece of chicken on top with just enough fat. All of it was super yummy. Total bill was $36 including tax. I love you, Vancouver area for your cheap and delicious food.
