Horrible horrible customer service! I am blown away by the lack of respect for customers, especially returning customers. Management is cheap to the point where they argue with you for a credit of $16 after delivering food 45 minutes late, and messing up the order in the first place. They charged me for rolls they didn’t include in the delivery, and missed 4 orders of gomae – instead of compensating, they argued for 20 minutes with me and refused to provide any compensation beyond delivering the rolls I paid for but didn’t receive.I was a returning customer, ordering sushi at least 2 to 4 times a month. I will not be ordering from here again.
Decent sushi. Went in to Chiba with low expectations because of its mixed reviews. The customer service was good friendly staff. Receiving our order took a little bit longer than usual especially since the resturant wasn’t that busy. Our sushi rolls were decent nothing too amazing about them. But they were cut larger than usual sushi rolls which was nice and filling. Other than a bit of a wait for the food, my only other complaint was that they got one of my rolls wrong. Altogether my experience at Chibas was alright nothing spectacular, but still decent tasting sushi.

Don’t waste your time, too many good and affordable sushi restaurants in Victoria.31 Mar, 2013Not great. My tuna sashimi was barely thawed, in fact slightly frozen in middle. My appetizer came out 10 minutes after they’d handed me my bill. None of the rolls were overwhelmingly good. I’d rather go to Shizen for similar price better quality and service.
