(?!)Our server was obviously experienced and dealt with everthing as it should have been.The decor is alright, an assortment of all kinds of plants/pictures and other stuff.I thought the pizza was good.Edit/add: I realised why I didnt give this place a better review, it felt like I had time travelled back to the mid 1970’s in Vancouver where I used to have the same excellent type pizza in places exactly like this.Just saying.Although I appreciate the nostalgic trip to the past, maybe a decor redo is in order?!.I think Victown is full of people who could help come up with a great refresh.
Went for our shop Christmas lunch and was unsure but after arriving it was a lot bigger and nicer than it looks from the outside. The crab cakes were amazing as well as the calamari hat I had. All the other meals looked great! Service was also excellent. I would reccomend this place to anybody looking for great Greek food.
Worst greek food the kitchen is ran by the owners son who is a complete joke it is so gross in the kitchen the pizza sauce is kept in a garbage can that has never been cleaned if you saw the inside of there walk in fridge or the kitchen you would puke they pay there cooks 11$ and hr yet charge 30 $ for 2 small pizzas what a joke the servers have no training what so ever the prices are way too high for the quality of food dont order the house special pizza all the toppings that dont make it on the pizza are scraped up put in a bowl and sit there till one is ordered if your lucky it has only sat there for 10 min but 9 times out of 10 its been there for hrs in the 2 weeks i was there 2 ppl got food poisoning and the owner just said they didnt know what they were talking about lol haha what a joke do not go here . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
The dumbest staff in the restaurant business. (Dumb or arrogant? Not sure) Not worth the hassle. Don’t eat here! It is also way over priced and a difficult location to find.
Fast delivery and great pizza. We decided to order from here as we just moved into the neighbourhood and have heard some good things about the place. We chose a couple of pizzas with changes for allergies, and the staff on the phone was helpful and friendly. They suggested substitutions and were honest about delivery time. Pizza came earlier than expected and was awesome. We tried two different custom pizzas the second time, and again, delivery was fast, pizza was great and staff was friendly and helpful. We are now planning a date night to enjoy some Greek food in house.
I always loved this place; now I love it even more. This is our neighbourhood ‘go to’ spot; we always have good food and nice service. Recently we went there on a sunday afternoon for my bff’s daughter’s 18th birthday. There was over 40 family and friends from school and various programs in the city for young adults with disabilites; we were a very eclectic and exuberant crowd. Frankly, I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. I needn’t have worried; the women serving us were incredibly patient while we moved around, laughed, talked, changed seats, visited other tables…We all took a long time to order, and I listened while the servers answered many questions about menu items, and really tried hard to keep us all happy. My chicken souvlaki was perfect as usual, and everyone at my long table seemed quite satisfied. When we had to hustle out ahead of the cake to another event, the server got our bills right away and processed them quickly.As I said, we always have a good experience there, but on this very special day, the staff and kitchen at Il Greco’s made this a wonderful event. Bad Service, Bad FOOD. Went there tonight…waitress all around RUDE,food terrible,My 5 yr old had spaghetti & noodles cold,B.f had pizza & messed up on toppings,had lasagne was burned & garlic bread was door shoppers….Will NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!
