Truly a hidden gem. Hidden away in the Travelodge on Gorge Rd, this is a really nice little place to have a quiet meal. I’ve never seen more than a handful of people here at once. It’s a comfortable, cozy little restaurant, bright but shaded, with a fireplace. The menu is not extensive but the food is excellent, as is the service. Fare includes stapls like eggs benedict for breakfast and sandwiches (clubhouse, monte cristo). They have free guest wi-fi, so I like to pop over here to get some work done when the cafes are full and noisy.
Great food, outstanding service. This restaurant is one of those hole-in-the-wall type of treasure finds. Not an easy find if you don’t already know about it, but well worth a visit, located inside the Travelodge on Gorge Road. The limited menu selection is more than made up for by great food quality and incredible service.Personal menu recommendations include the florentine eggs benedict, huevos rancheros and the philly cheesesteak sandwich.
