Honestly, don’t waste your time. We ordered 1 large pizza and the 2 for 1 ravioli. It totalled $47 or something…which would have been fine provided the food was good. It was awful. Their ravioli is a joke ($2 for chef boyardee…thats literally all this was) and the pizza was lackluster (still edible, but grossly overpriced). We tipped the guy decent and called back as soon as we opened the box but were told nothing could be done about our dissatisfaction. We called the manager the following day, simply looking for our money back on food we didn’t eat and didn’t want to eat. I was offered $20 in store credit and was refused my money back over and over. I can’t even believe this place is open with such ass backwards customer relations. Please don’t waste your money on this garbage like I did, and save yourself the heartburn. Thumbs waaaaay down pizza al forno.
Very disappointed. Tried this pizza for the first time. We got a large one, and had one piece. The rest was thrown out. That is how bad the crust and topping was
I ordered beef ravioli and chicken strips the other night. It was disgusting. The ravioli was way over cooked and mushy and tasted like chef Boyardee from a can. I was very disappointed with my meal. I won’t be ordering again.
While traveling, I tried this restaurant by chance. I used their delivery service to the hotel, I was very happy with the service. The telephone receptionist was polite and when did not know an answer she asked someone. Delivery was quick and the delivery person polite. The food was delicious. When I am back in Victoria, I will definitely call them again.
Discovered this place recently on the lunch crawl and have been back 3 times now for slices. 2 slices and a pop for $6.50 is decent and the pizza is really good. Finally grabbed a menu and I will be going in soon for wings as they have some very interesting looking flavours. Also sells 1/2 lbs which is perfect for the lunch budget.
Asome. The best pizza i have ever had in a long time always fresh never cold the best pizza in Victoria do not drive past with out getting one
Sure appreciated the service and the pizza. On Wednesday eve, Jan 28 I entered the restaurant and ordered 2 small size pizzas for a very reasonable price of $5.99. They 2 young men who served me were very polite, helpful. The pizza chef took time and with great enthusiasm made suggestions from everything to base coat to toppings and dips. For example garlic butter for a base with the scallops and roasted garlic and spinach was a wonderful suggestion and the young man at the til also made a suggestion that black olives and basil pesto would be a great combination and they were! This is not typical of most walk – in pizza joints at all! Who would have thought of mixing these varities and all for $5.99. I hope the owner/manager sees this.
