Horrible Customer Service. I have given this little cafe several chances since I work right across the road from it…It seems to be getting worse and worse.The front counter staff is horrid, I have yet to see the girl behind the counter smile back and me and say good morning…or even any type of pleasantries.The pastries are stale and crumbly…stale tasting to put it nicely.If it wasn’t for the coffee beans, I would never go back. This store needs some serious customer service training.
Terrible Service. I have been going to this caf for a few months, on and off, only because I work nearby. The service is probably the worst I’ve ever encountered in Victoria. The same girls are at the front every time, clearly don’t have any manners or customer service skills what so ever! I’ve yet to purchase a properly made latte. In most cases, the milk is scalded and/or they lazily put in half a shot of espresso, in which case it tastes and looks more like a steamer. Spend your money elsewhere!
Great lattes, excellent food! The bagel with egg cheese and bacon also has spinach and tomatoe on it and is absolutely delicious! Very fresh and tasty tomatoe, unlike other places. I’ve only been to the Jutland location and my only complaint is they’re not open on the weekend, but I understand they cater to the businesses in that area.
