Like!!!. I have been eating here for over a year. I love Chinese food and haven’t had a bad experience with the food I order. Beef fried rice, fiery shrimp, hot and sour soup, beef hoa fun with black bean sauce, fiery beans, chicken wings…yum! Will definitely be returning.
Delicious, Fresh Chinese Bistro Food. We are regulars. Food is Always delicious , fresh and consistent.Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely not mall food.Try the lettuce wrap, the spicy salt chicken wings, calamari… They are the same as the ones at Cardeos… Only betterYummmm
Horrible food and customer service. When we ordered for delivery, we asked them to put holes in the boxes so our food stays crispy. However, when we received our order there was not even 1 hole in the box! So by the time we got our food, it was soggy and gross. I called to complain that I told them to specifically put holes in the boxes so our food stays crispy, he said ‘I can offer credit only for the crispy almond chicken or its a pleasure doing business with you and you can start ordering food from other places’. I was shocked about how rude he was! I considered giving them another chance, but after he said I can order from other places then yes I will! That is not what you say to a customer! The food was also disgusting, I spent $45 and we barely even ate anything because it tasted awful and the chicken had a weird taste to it like it was far from fresh. Even the pork fried rice didnt taste good which is so simple to make. Very disappointing.
FIRST TIME WAS THE LAST TIME!!!. I don’t know who made the positive reviews but I doubt it has anything to do with opinion as the facts are simply wrong in so many ways. First time ordering we ordered 1) dragon chow mein (chicken, snow peas, mushroom) – DID NOT FIND MORE THAN 5 PIECES OF CHICKEN AND NOT LARGER THAN MY FINGERNAIL – 3 snow peas – 1 thinly sliced brown mushroom distributed throughout the dish, 2) S&S Pork – VERY DRY AND TOUGH MEAT IN VERY HEAVY SAUCE – came in a tiny cardboard container of its own. 3) Beef Broccoli – Mostly Broccoli with PAPER THIN SLICES OF BEEF. — VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL (NOT!) ORDER AGAIN – Paid nearly $34 with 10% delivery charge (= 10% off pickup orders to sound like a better deal). Even gave a tip for delivery. Got suckered-in by positive reviews here that sounded very similar.
Arguing with a customer ??????. NEVER EVER AGAIN. From the initial phone call of our address being read back wrong to receiving half of our order to the manager phoning back and ARGUING with me. $80.00 dinner and it was the crappiest chinese food i ever had. I had to phone back a THIRD time to get them to deliver what we ordered and PAID for!!! I have never been treated so bad as a customer in all my life, Seriously disappointed in the service we received. NEVER AGAIN.
Wouldn’t Go Back. After receiving their menu in the mail I was really excited to try their food. Unfortunately, the experience and the food were awful and our family won’t be going back.First off, do not plan on ordering any of their combos and be expecting to make any substitutions. Despite an allergy and wanting to change out one item, we were declined and then required to order the items we wanted individually. This resulted in us paying more than the combo meal, even if we paid the difference for the item change.Next, they offer free delivery for orders over $20 or 10% discount on pickup. I liked the discount on the pick up because I was going to be in the area anyways. However, the discount only applies if you are paying cash. So either I had to go to a bank machine or pay without the discount.The food was terrible. The ginger beef tasted like months old beef jerky with sauce dumped on it. The sweet and sour pork was hard and required extensive chewing to soften it to a point where you might be able to swallow it. The lemon chicken was full grease. The vegetables were undercooked. The rice was the only good part.Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone until they make some changes to the food preparation and to the overall customer experience.
We have been ordering from this place for years. Just recently have noticed order accuracy and service have been on the downturn. After our last order (on hold for 10 min, order not ready when specified, and missing items), we decided that it was time for a change. We won’t be going back
