Visited Sunday night after years away. Several cars out front, fairly busy inside with young, noisy families and seniors.New menu is extensive. Ordered beef stew with Yorkshire pudding, Liver with bacon and carmelized onions and mixed vegetables, and coffee. Coffee was hot and good and plentiful. Service was prompt. Food was fresh and tasty, but senior portion of liver wasabout 3 bites for this senior, and the beef stew was room temperature. (Server was away for several minutes, else would have asked for it to be microwaved.) Tab: $42.00 + tip.Added selling point: the music is traditional and relaxing, a nice change from many places on the Peninsula that play awful, nerve-wracking noise.
