Good neighborhood coffee hangout, suitable for casual meetings. Mostly hard chairs, but a couple stations of soft chairs against the window. Gourmet coffee is always served fresh and hot, and the donuts are easily the best on the Saanich Peninsula.Sandwiches are pre-wrapped for a large number of working customers who pay and go, but can be unwrapped and eaten in-house, e.g., with soup (soups are good). There is a full menu of gourmet drinks made to order, and this placeisn’t pretentious, like so many around Victoria. In hot weather, the soft ice cream milkshakes are par excellence.If I could change one thing, it would be the lighting, which is dim, and I like to read.

Not Good.. Have gone there a few times for lunch, and I usually drink decaf coffee. I have tried their decaf a few times and it’s never hot. The place could use a bit of freshening up and a good clean.
