The parlour is tucked away in a little garden area. Very unique. Lots of places to sit and eat your ice cream. The bear carvings are my favourite and the carvings made from plants are awesome. another treat of Chamanuis.

Nice to stop in to get an ice-cream cone to eat while walking around the town enjoying the murals. Billy was known by all the locals.
Owned by Vietnamese people whose family also own the Wigwam in Ladysmith, this is a good ice cream parlor in Chemanius. A good immigrant story here. Hard working people!
The only thing about this is I think that they have closed. I might be wrong but I am thinking there is no Billy’s Delight in Chemainus at the moment.
