Based upon the positive reviews posted here we decided to try the pasta special, delivered last night. We ordered lasagna with salad a garlic bread. The salad consisted of a tiny styrofoam cup filled with limp lettuce and maybe 2 slivers of cabbage and trace of carrot. The lasagna was barely hot and consisted of 95% noodles with a minor smearing of tomato sauce. There may have been a small amount of cheese. There was a little ground beef scattered throughout. One thing it was loaded with, was sugar. Perhaps the chef got his recipe from the gravy made in The Godfather but thought a pinch meant a cup. The garlic bread was okay. Both of us that partook in this meal have lingering digestive upset still this afternoon.Perhaps their pizza is good but after this experience, I’m afraid to try.
First time trying demitres, pretty decent deal as well 3 med 3 topping pizzas $24.99 plus tax and if you choose chicken as a topping add a dollar, you’ll question the total at the end because it’s not stipulated as you place your order. The dough is slightly overproofed but this may be on purpose to give you a nice doughy crust portion, but it does take away from the amount of toppings which could be placed on it. I found the pizza slightly under cooked but not greasy or falling apart, the sauce to topping and cheese ratio seems to be bang on. You can hold your slice from the crust and rest assured the toppings don’t fall off as you take your first bite. The toppings seemed of good quality and the bacon was nice and smoky. The fact the dough ball is in the centre allows for a pizza topper for the box but also allows the accumulated grease to be sopped up by the cooking process. Nice touch!! Overall I would order again with 1 change cook it slightly longer please. But there are other factors in play which could be causing the undercooked dough. Ie.. rotation in oven, oven temp, overcrowding of oven and so on. I also prefer a little more sweetness to my dough but that’s only my personal taste.Great pizza overall awesome sauce

Very unfriendly over the phone when I tired ordering pizza. We live a 10 min drive from their location and the guy was giving me attitude on how far we are for delivery. Never experienced such dull rudeness as a customer wanting to give a place business. Jims pizza downtown has nice staff and really good pizza go with them.
Best pizza I’ve had?. Wasn’t expecting a lot seeing as how when I arrived, it was a bit of a hole in the wall, but the pizza was absolutely amazing!

Good Pizza. Tried Demetres Pizza for the first time tonight very polite delivery person very fast service and the best pizza in Chilliwack and i used to make pizzas for 14 years keep up the good work 🙂
