Wth?!!. Had it once and it was awesome had it another four times, should have stopped after the second. The five times I have ordered from there four of them the dough didn’t even rise.. I’ve worked in a few pizza places the dough doesn’t rise if its made wrong or its OLD!! Either way they don’t know how to make a pizza, I liked the toppings though, lots of them and the pep is great.. But its old dough.. Half the pizza rises and the other half is flat and the dough looks uncooked. Jim’s.. You’re horrible.
Long time jims lover, but the last year it’s been a hit or miss……. With a lot of misses 🙁

Love Jims pizza! The pizza is always so good and full of toppings. The cook is definitely very talented in both speed and quality! I am always welcomed very politely when I order (which is often). I recommend them highly
Horrible Food, taste, look, and customer service. I revently had an encounter with this location, we ordered a lasagna and spaghetti that included 2 garlic toast and 2 small salads (garden). We also ordered a side ceasar and a side of 2 extra garlic toasts. We had been told its busy and it would be an hour and a half to receive our orders. they had made us aware of the wait so we said ok. Well the first thing that happened was that the order took only 25 minutes to get to our house. This should have been my first clue. We paid 28 bucks then… more I recently had an encounter with this location, we ordered a lasagna and spaghetti that included 2 garlic toast and 2 small salads (garden). We also ordered a side Cesar and a side of 2 extra garlic toasts. We had been told its busy and it would be an hour and a half to receive our orders. they had made us aware of the wait so we said ok. Well the first thing that happened was that the order took only 25 minutes to get to our house. This should have been my first clue. We paid 28 bucks then with a tip 32. we opened the bag to find no extra stuff we ordered. We called the store they said at first no problem we will get on it. Then they called us back, I did not answer i was in the bathroom and told my friend that we never ordered the extra stuff, but we clearly did. and told her they would not be replacing my stuff. I then phoned back and the girl refused to give us what we asked for. We then proceeded to say well never ordering from there again bad service. Well it did not stop there like I suspected it would. We opened the food and it looked like someone lightly melted some cheese over some noodles. Knowing that pizza places Italian dishes usually taste better then they look from a pizza store we proceeded to eat it. We took one bit each and the dish was horrible, it tasted like it looked, the cheese was not even melted all the way through and there was more cheese then noodles, now I like cheese but it needs to be portioned. Anyways, I called the store back, wanting to just order something from somewhere else. They told me they do not give refunds, they yelled at me and told me i was wrong. I then asked to speak to the owner and they said no. I then proceeded to ask her to call the owner as I would like this issue to be addressed. She said she would put me on hold. They then said no refund or replacement will be offered. I never heard of this kind of thing before. my family has been in this industry for many years, and never once treated our customers like this. Infact I would have bent over back words for them. I then the next day spoke to the owner, (new owner) just purchased, it was like talking to someone who was about to die and had no reason to live. He did not care about me or my concern. it was like talking to a dear in a head light situation. He then told me that he would look into the situation and see what he could do. They made no attempted as an owner to help me ficks my issue. He offered me food, but why would i take food that I do not want to eat. I would never recommend this place to anyone, I called to all most all the other pizza stores in the area and found that this is the only location that will not bend over to make the customer feel like gold. And 9 out of the 10 I called told me on there own, with out me saying anything that the customer is gold. So chilliwack do NOT eat at Jim’s, there is many better choices in chilliwack, and I now that many people will never speak up, so if that is you then I hope I spoke on your experience as well, because if i had an experience like this statistical thier is many more that have had this experience to some degree. Thank you and I hope this helps, I am a down to earth person and this is my first write up on a company because it really was that bad.
It sucks. Got first pizza hard as rock. Second pizza came again burnt and I wouldn’t even feed it to my worst enemy. To think no money back what kind of policy is that. Glad I through money put the door. Negative 1000000 for my like
