  I just left jimmy Js after having dinner there as we were about to leave i noticed lipstick on my water glass i told the hostess about it and said i was grossed out and she said in a very loud voice the dishwasher didn’t catch it, why don’t I just relax and continued while I was walking out the door hurling verbal comments at me as if I was over reacting and had nothing to complain about. Honestly I was shocked by her attitude and low customer service skills and lack of concern over such an unhygienic thing. For all of you that eat there check your glasses and utensils before you use them. For my part I won’t eat there anymore.

  Tonight was my first visit to Jimmy’s. In going over the menu, I decided to have the Arizona salad to start, and then move onto the BC Chicken Ranch Grill. The salad was as good as the menu description with a wide variety of fresh and tasty ingredients and WOW! The house dressing, which was balsamic concoction of some sort…definitely a winner! Moving on to the sandwich, the initial appearance was very appealing. The outer sides had cheese caramelized on them. What a great taste in that alone! Inside, the grilled chicken, bacon and ranch dressing was a very tasty combination. The rest of the menu looks very flavourful, so I guess many return visits will be in order!

  First time here. What an awesome dinner tonight! The steak was perfect and the Cesar salad was really good. The soup was turkey barley and it was delicious and so was the schnitzel. Oh and our waitress was really nice! Defiantly will be going back
