We have been wanting to try this place for 2 years since moving to Chilliwack, and finally got around to going. We are sad to say it was disappointing.The restaurant decor could use a bit of an update, and with the prices they are charging it would not be unreasonable to expect a bit more of a classy italian place. The table was wobbly, chairs are old & the place looks a tad run down & cluttery . I get the red plaid but ?really : its 2015.The service staff were friendly , not as attentive as we would have liked but nevertheless they were pleasant.The FOOD: we tried various appetizers, main dishes & desserts. We were disappointed in the presentation of the meals, was expecting a bit more ‘flair’.The seafood in both appetizers & main dish was good, fresh tasting & nice sized amounts. The pasta was cooked perfectly I will say. The cream sauces were tasty although very very rich. The bread placed on table was ok, not great. So overall the food tasting was a 6/10.Given we had such high hopes we were disappointed & probably will not go back.We found it to be pleasant, but way over priced compared to similar restaurants.For the prices they are charging we were expecting a lot more in the restaurant decor/environment , taste & presentation of food.
Superb food, excellent service…… This place is what you would expect to find as a hidden gem in a big city. Six of us went and had appetizers and mains, so 12 different plates. Everyone of them was exceptional Mussels were on feature…… And we’re the best I’ve ever had. We will be back, hopefully many times.
The absolute best meal at a restaurant I’ve had in Canada and it was in Downtown Chilliwack. Risotto was delicious, so flavourful and I couldn’t stop eating. The homemade bread was amazing and I’d take it home and eat the entire loaf to myself. We didn’t expect to come here, just wandered around and the amazing smell drew us in.I’d recommend this place to absolutely anyone.

Over priced wannabes! Food was average… Service was slow, not going back, there is a ton of restaurants in Chilliwack with better food and for a reasonable price….
