3.5. We got seated at the bar for dinner. We ordered the sangria to drink, and the chorizo, stuffed peppers, and squid ink paella for food. The chorizo had lots of flavour, we would order it again. The paella was okay, not much flavour and be prepared for black teeth after! However, our favourite dish was the stuffed peppers with goat cheese. Definitely make sure to try these if you come here. Prices are fair, service was fine. We would come back if we were in the area.

There arent many Spanish restaurants here in Vancouver, and this one seems to be the one with the best ambience if not the best foods. My friend who has been in Spain for awhile thought the foods are not flavourful enough, but I personally think they are all tasty and stylish. When I look at the menu, there are so many things I want to tried especially the drinks. The wine, beer, cocktail and even the coffee drinks all seems so novel. Should come back another time to try them all.
Had dinner to this restaurant wth friends to try their Paelle Negra. Took a while to arrived but its worth the wait as the food was good. Seafoods were fresh. The place is a bit tight and very noisy as its busy. Very pricey too.
I love the ambiance of this room. I’m not sure how to describe it but it feels like medieval Europe. We were there for brunch and a lot of the dishes were quite foreign to me but very interesting. I tried an egg in a cream with cheese and mushrooms. I’m sure I gained 10 pounds from this creamy delicious dish but it was worth it. Espresso which I typically don’t have was perfect. There was wine connoisseur who helped my friend choose the perfect Spanish wine to pair with her meal. It was a nice touch of service.
I came here for my birthday and was so happy that they took reservations because I’m too old and impatient to wait for a table lol. Truth be told, I don’t really remember much from my night here but I do know that I really enjoyed their wine and I believe it was a short rib or braised beef dish that was melt in your mouth delicious! I’m positive that I remember that the service was top notch and fast. I will be sure to return when I haven’t had too much to drink 🙂
Wow, this place is definitely not worth an impromptu $40 dinner. We live a couple of blocks away, ate within a couple of minutes of getting home, drove instead of walked… FOOD WAS PRETTY MUCH ICE COLD. Meatballs, tasted like frozen store bought and the sauce was thin. Accompanying potatoes tasted old. Mushrooms, floppy, soggy… Chicken wings, were tasteless. Did they even bother to brine them or just throw them from frozen in the fryer?! Egg omelet, is this supposed to be served cold? 1 tiny wedge with a few olives $7 with tax and tip! Unfortunately, egg thing was the best part of the meat which isn’t saying too much. Now we know and we will vote by not going back.
