Odo Sushi serves the freshest seafood of any sushi bar I’ve found in Vancouver. It’s served, arranged in simple classy style. As others have said, the service is always polite and friendly. I actually love the black rice. They use 1 part black, and 3 parts white sushi rice. The colour of the black rice (cf. blueberries, blackberries, beets) makes it look purplish. Honestly, it’s delicious. That it’s also good for you is a nice plus 🙂
