I decided to be adventurous as try the Veggie bowl at Pacific Poke. To my surprise, the tofu was deliciously marinated- soft and flavourful- and I did not miss the seafood at all. It had a wonderful mix of veggies including kale, jicama, cucumber, beets, seaweed salad, picked red onions and sprouts, doused in wasabi mayo and miso dressing. This joint was my first official Poke bowl experience! And the verdict is… not too shabby. Interesting concept, nice varied choice of toppings and a friendly and courteous staff. Not a bad choice for those of you looking for a healthier dine-out option or just want to try something different.
The poke here is sooooo good!! I got one of the already conceived menu items…the one with everything (salmon, tuna and crab) and it was so hearty and delicious. Love the little touches like the ground wasabi peas as a crunch element. Was really impressed!
So good. Fresh and delicious. I had the large 3 protein Classic with rice. I added avocado for $1 extra. Very filling. I looking forward to next i visit.
Love it! Very convenience by bus from dt. Clean little shop, friendly & easy to order, love the shiso herb they add at the end. Will return.
Quality ingredients for a fair price. For $14 you get a large bowl with 3 scoops of protein and 4 toppings, everything was seasoned well, and they have lots of additional sauce options. One of my favorite things about this place was the bowls they serve the poke in. Something about eating out of an oversized plastic cup just adds a certain ready-made-convenience store vibe. The ceramic bowls are a nice touch. The wasabi crunch, at first it was good but after it was all mixed up biting down on the odd super crunchy crumb made me think they missed some bones when prepping the fish, I’d skip this item of I were you.
The interior was quite modern; a relaxing environment. Lots of choices for toppings and friendly service. Food tastes great! I would go back for lunch if I’m in the area.
