I came here for the Taiwanese tea gelato this time. I had their bubble tea before. Their menu has a wide variety of drinks and options. Sometimes I feel I don’t know what to choose and what to drink. However, I usually stick with the basic item – original milk tea with pearls or grass jelly. I tried their gelato this time. It was good or above average. It was gelato, so I could not expect it was as smooth, soft and milky as the ice cream. I liked the tea flavour with the caramel sauce. It did not cost extra if I added a sauce, but it cost extra when I added pearls or any other items. The price of a large gelato was around $5 plus GST. The portion looked big, but just like what other reviews have listed here, the middle part of the gelato was empty. It was a big empty hole in the cup, so it was not a lot of gelato indeed. It was a special treat, but if I had to pay $5, I would rather eat a scoop of ice cream with a waffle cone at Earnest Icecream. :)I may come back here for drinks, but not the gelato next time.

I happened to be in the area and have heard about this place, so I decided to try it out. It wasn’t outstanding, but I thought it was one of the better ones that I have tried in the last little while. Although I have to mention that the customer service was quite poor. They girl didn’t seem too happy and also was quite rude. Seems like this has been a running trend for the places that I’ve visited lately. But I would come back here for other flavors.

Came here a month ago for some soft serve. Ordered a Jasmine Smoked Green Tea soft serve with mango sauce. Was told they didnt have mango sauce so I went with the chocolate sauce. The guy who put the chocolate sauce on my soft serve didn’t necessarily do a really good job with it cuz it almost looked like someone took a on my ice cream. The ice cream tasted good, the flavour was there but it wasn’t as creamy as I’d like.

Their panda milk tea was terrible, super watery. It tastes like you made tea at home and added a dash of milk and that’s it. I threw away most of it.

Quite disappointed with the quality at this location. My Tieguanyin tea latte turned into a Milk Tea minus the tea taste. I felt like it was a waste of my money, could have bought a bottle of water for cheaper.
