Asked for pho take-out, they first tried to give me a pre-made one because some other customer didn’t want (so not freshly made). When I asked for a new one they gave it to me with the noodles already in the soup instead of separating them. The pho had a lot of noodles and barely any toppings. Flavoring tasted ok but the whole take-out process was off-putting.
