Video review with hd video on my youtube channel: vancity food crew umalumaI came here due to a recommendation of a friend. Her boyfriend is allergic to dairy so its why she sought it out. The gelato retains its creamy texture even though its cashew milk and almond milk based. They also have a nice variety of flavours, and good portion size. Its better value to get two scoops vs one. This is a new favourite ice cream place for me, it tastes good and you get a lot for the price.
$7 for 1 scoop of icecream. Sorry I still prefer Earnest ice cream if I have to pay around that price. The service is friendly but unfortunately this is probably a one-time visit for me.
Had the 100 nights which had a very strong saffron taste; it was weird but that’s probably because I haven’t acquired that taste. The actual reason for the low score here is the portion. It’s really small and it’s expensive too! Something about the icecream feels like it’s not cold enough compared to regular ice cream. I’d come back to try other flavours if it wasn’t so expensive. Decor was nice though
