Our fave lunch spot in Langley. Food is good and varied. Reasonably priced. Service is standard, aura so so
Disappointing. Not sure what people rave about, the food here was very mediocre – spicy scallops were NOT spicy and mostly vermicelli and onion, honeymoon fried rice was soggy and inedible, the honey walnut prawns were smothered in a weird cream sauce. We couldn’t eat it. Portions are huge, which I guess some people love but lots of it doesn’t make it good. Won’t bother again.
Will be back. Was there for a group lunch, fresh crunchy vegetables, tender chicken good flavorsreally great ambiance and very friendly owner. first time i actually enjoyed chinese tea.
Nice atmosphere, service good, food average, prices affordable.Tried the pepper salt squid, really good. Pork belly and shrimp fried rice was yummy. The standard plain chow mein and s&s chicken balls where OK.
REALLY 81% liked?. Terrible, flavourless and gross. The worst chinese food I have tasted in Langley so far since moving here. Will not be back. The service was alright. The highlight of our dish was the spring rolls. Everything else was bland bland bland which is pretty tough to do with how much MSG I’m sure there is in the food. We ordered wonton soup, spring rolls, honey garlic pork, chicken chow mein and ginger beef. Don’t waste your time, try anywhere else.
Great Value. We eat here every week and have never been disappointed. The service is good, the selection is reasonable, prices fair and portions are generous.Food is very tasty, with very clear and distinct flavors.Food tastes very fresh and meat actually has a real meaty texture and fresh flavor. We have been to so many Chinese food places where the meat, especially the beef, just doesn’t quite feel like real meat…you know what i mean. LOLFavorite dishes: Special Fried Rice, Beef & Broccoli.
My fav, despite the fact that it is a cold grubby restaurant. Really good lettus wraps. Not date-night potential but casual grab a bite place.
