DRY. What is wrong with their recipes. They have a good selection, but all their cupcakes are dry as heck, to the point of choking. Won’t come back.
Blegh. Tried the Red Velvet Cupcake a couple of weeks ago.. They were pretty gross. First of all it was expensive for a regular size cupcake, and the icing was dry and crumbly, and the cupcake itself made me choke a couple of times just out of sheer… Dryness. Won’t be going back. Looked pretty nice, though.
Tried it for the first time and won’t be back. The ambiance and service were great (wonderful idea for a kid’s party) but the cupcakes were mediocre and the coffee tasted like a mix even though it was made fresh in front of us. I had the carrot cake muffin and it was pretty good as far as flavor and I enjoyed the large pieces of nuts, but the texture was dry and the frosting hard. My sister ordered the vanilla spice and didn’t finish it. In convinced it was leftover from the previous day since it certainly did not taste or feel fresh. We both threw out our coffees after a couple if sips. The caramel macchiato was waaaay to sweet and had an artificial after taste and the vanilla latte tastes like a just add milk mix. Overall an underwhelming experience for a place with a lot of hype. If you are looking for convenience over quality then check it out.
Mediocre cupcakes. Nothing special about them. You can tell they don’t spend too much time on appearance and the cupcakes always seem to have a rushed job look to them
I tried Frosting’s cupcakes at a wedding fair. They were hit or miss. One was moist and delicious, and the other was dry and flavourless. Needless to say we went with someone else to do our wedding cupcakes and were not disappointed!

Worst cupcakes I’ve ever had. Bought them as a treat for my grandma and I. We threw away over half of them because they were dry and flavorless and expensive as all get out.
