Horrible. Dinner at 6PM had little choices, almost no veggies and tasted like it had beem sitting around since noon. I like cheap mall style chinese, but this was the worst I had in a decade or more. Also, the bathroom requires asking for a key, but they don’t put up a sign. What a horrible thing to do to customers.
Fan. Bigfan of this place and for many reasons. I love chinese food. The staff know not only me but my order as well which is impressive for a fast food joint. They have the best almond chicken I have ever had or I should say I have never had almond chicken like it before. One thing I don’t always like when I’m in a rush is that they dont’ have all the food choices to see but the guy told me its because they want to cook us fresh food.I guess It makes sense and I don’t mind waiting because it’s so good after.
Good value, Average quality. Service is fast, but timing is everything in regards to their quality. Ginger beef is great, sweet and sour average, almond chicken is poor. I prefer the Clayton heights location.
In response to Ramen. Hello, We at Ming & Sing would like to apologize for your recent experience at our Willowbrook location. Of course when you enter one of our Ming & Sing stores, you should expect the same service and food from one store to the next; this is always a top priority for us. Even though this store was experiencing an equipment failure at that time, you should have been kept informed about the wait time. We certainly understand that this would be frustrating, especially with hungry kids involved! While the equipment was back up and running for your order, they were quite backed up from it being down. I would like to hear more about your experience though so that we can prevent it from happening again. Would you mind e-mailing me at [email protected] so that I can understand fully what happened? Your feedback and experience is extremely important to us and we don’t want to have you feeling dissatisfied. We sincerely hope to hear from you at your earliest convenience in hopes to rectify this situation. Best regards,CynthiaMing & Sing Management
Entrees were over cooked and dry, lacking sauce. Food was lukewarm. The food court Chinese place makes better food
Yummy, fresh and good service. I got takeout from here, the service was really good and the food was fresh. It could be a little bias because I got there half an hour after it opened, but I ate it about 30 minutes after I ordered and food was still yum!!
