  i guess i should have read the previous review. i had a small pizza that was horrible. ive had worse so they get a two. i did like the size of the shrimp. that was great. but the rest just wasnt good. i thought this was a chain of good pizza joints. i guess not.

  OMG PEOPLE, I HOPE YOU READ THIS ALL BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM JIM’S PIZZA IN ABBOTSFORD!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL & FREQUENT CUSTOMER OF JIM’S PIZZA, FOR YEARS! A WHILE BACK JIM’S PIZZA WAS SOLD TO A CHINESE FAMILY & SINCE THEN THEY HAVE RECENTLY GONE CHEAP & COMPLETELY RUINED JIM’S PIZZA!! A month or so back, We ordered a pizza & when it arrived we could barely eat it! It took so long to get here that I think it had gone cold there, waiting for more deliveries, that they had to reheat it.The crust was so hard that you couldn’t even bite in to it!!.. But being the loyal customer, I WAS, I just chalked it up to a bad day! We ordered pizza from them a few nights ago & it took an hour & a half to get here, again! The outer crust was completely dried out & underneath the pizza was so bloody soggy & wet that we couldn’t even pick it up! How do they manage that?It was like the dough wasn’t cooked & someone had dumped water into both pizzas. IT WAS DISGUSTING!!! I had to work that evening & didn’t have time to call them, so I called the next day at noon & asked to speak with the manager.I was told to call back at 6 or 7. I called back at 6 & he still wasn’t there, so left my number & asked for him to call me back. No one called me back so I called again & spoke with the manager. I told him the problem & he said that he would refund my money at about 9.I thought that was good of them & told him he could have his pizzas back. Well, I waited & waited then called them back at 10 pm. A woman who could barely speak English answered & said that the manage had gone home. I asked if they were notified that someone was going to return my money & she hung up on me! So I called her back & asked if I could please speak with someone who could speak English, she said NO & hung up on me again!! Ok, I’m a reasonable person, but now I’m getting a little upset!I decided to wait & call back today. Now, the manager says that since I didn’t call back the first night they weren’t going to give me a refund. I explained that we had ordered at 7 & it didn’t arrive until 8:35, then we tried to eat it, we couldn’t, so instead I got ready for work for 10:00! He said that they weren’t giving my money back & hung up on me! Grrr!! Wtf, am I dreaming this? lolI called him back, again & he said that he would give me a 50% discount. I told him that I didn’t want a discount, that I wanted my money back. He said no, I asked if I could talk with the owner, he said no & hung up on me AGAIN!!! Holy!! I’ve NEVER in my life seen anyone conduct business like this, especially to a good & loyal customer!! Seriously, we would order 6-8 pizzas a month from Jim’s!!THESE CHINESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO COOK & THEY HAVE MANAGED TO RUIN JIM’S PIZZA!! WHAT A SHAME THAT THEY HAVE RUINED JIM’S GOOD NAME!!IF YOU WANT TO RISK IT & SEE THE CHANGE FOR YOURSELF, GO AHEAD. GOOD LUCK!! DON’T SAY THAT I DIDN’T WARN YOU!! & GOD FORBID YOU COMPLAIN & TRY & GET YOUR MONEY BACK!! LOL
