Been a long standing customer. This has changed ownership about a year ago and we noticed that sushi menu items (raw fish) took very long to get to the table (45 mins). We resorted to ordering all Nigiri and Sashimi 1st to ensure we were able to enjoy. In the last few months the fish slices on the Nigiri became PAPER thin, had to order Sashimi to add to it. The waitress talked about how they were trying to reduce costs. My son really enjoys sushi here and goes more often than the rest of us and often brings his friends, the one weird thing is that he really enjoys some sweet & sour sauce with his Sushi (to each their own?). We were at at the restaurant last night however and our server came to us and announced the he would not be allowed to bring a container of sauce in with him any longer. We tried to get a reason from the owner but he does not speak English and would not bother trying to translate an answer to us. We will not return to Sagano, there are other excellent Sushi restaurants in the area.
