This place has been closed due to a mice infestation. If you can’t read the picture it says they have to clean all surface including utensils and throw out any contaminated food. I knew this place a grungy.. but this is bad.

Disappointing meal. Buckstop grabbed my attention from it’s funky facade and stuck out between the other cuisine options on the street. Service was nice however my meal was too smokey for my taste! I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was very heavy and didn’t leave me feeling too well. It may be the cultural difference over here re the smokey flavours compared to Australia however I do not care for the taste!
In my opinion this is a place for the meltwater who appreciates good barbecue. Plate sizes are generous and they do a good job of capturing good souther flavour in their dishes. The cocktails were carefully crafted and suited the menus well.
Now this place I liked the vibe of. Staff were super friendly and it was small and low lit. Didn’t have much to eat here just some pop corn shrimp and they were spicy but there was a decent amount of them! I had a bourbon cocktail and a shot made by the bar tender. I wish I hadn’t been so tired and could have tried more drinks and a pulled pork sandwich. Menu looked decent. I had a sip of my friends cocktail and I liked it!!! I need to go here one time at the start of my night.
