Notice How Old the Positive Reviews Are??. This place USED TO BE incredible! Great sandwiches at a great price. The owner of the place cared about the food he put out.Sadly, it has gone through changes in ownership (maybe more than a couple of times) and it just ain’t what it used to be.Poor product, poor delivery. Save your $$
Amazing Westend Local Bottega. My daily hotspot for my morning Americano and lunchtime sandwich. Such a awesome friendly place. I come down there from my apartment in the morning, sit and chat with everyone in the area and then come back again for my lunchtime sandwich. The meat and cheese selection is brilliant, much better priced than a safeway or wholefoods and has all the authentic Italian selection of pastas, sauces and anything else you could think off. Brilliant. 2 thumbs up.
So good! My boyfriend and I wanted to go somewhere quite and found this gem! Service was great; we had the Lord Stanley sandwich accompanied by their amazing coffee.
Great Neighborhood!. We love this little spot because the people are SO friendly! They know the locals by name and even sometimes remember customer favorites! Everything we’ve eaten has been fantastic! It’s a great place in a great little neighborhood!
I just had an excellent Reuben but $9 for a sandwich that comes without fries, slaw, or anything but a few tiny gherkins means I won’t be back very often despite living a couple of blocks away.
Overpriced. Nothing special here! If it worths 8$, then subway should be 20$. I have tasted four types (reuben, cornbeef, lafayette, monte twisto), and the Monte twisto was the best for me, but still not special.
Like New York, but Better. Fabulous sandwiches both hot and cold. Hot corned beef stacked with J. Beethoven meat from Cultus Lake, BC, steamed and with your choice of grainy or dijon mustard. Delicious. Side of sweet and sour mini pickles a bonus. And all for $8.50, compared to our last New York trip where we the same was $16 US at the Carnegie Deli and the rye bread at Cardero Bottega may even have been better. ckgolfsolutions.ca
