We passed by to grab lunch since we heard good reviews. Service excellent, food wasn’t great . Tabouleh was fresh + nice yet Falafel was dry, and humus was salty.
Excellent Food and Friendly Service. Wandering around and looking for some healthy food for lunch. Had been by here before and today I stopped in. Glad I did! The salad bar looked amazing with a great selection of items. I had the chicken shawarma over rice with tabouli salad and some hummus. It was some of the best I’ve ever had. Excellent flavor and a good size portion. Friendly family run local place.
Excellent salad bar and really friendly people!
Hi there, i just registered to write a review about this place. today was the first time i went there and i must see it was the worst food i ever had since i am in vancouver after the burrito on robson.i was in the mood to have veg. food today so i decided to take create a small salad with my own choice and to create a small fruit box. afther i did those two thigns i went to the counter to decide on a veg. item. there were 2 peoples behind me standing so i let two of them to go in front of me because i was not sure. when it was my turn the guy on the counter i think the son he asked what i want i told him veg. he said take the veg. plate i said i have already a salad i dont need a veg plate with additional two salads. however he stressed me so much because there was another guy standing behind me that i took the veg. plate. however i paid 22 dollars and the guy didnt even asked for a drink. after i paid i realized i would need a drink if i am eating in. so i took a pepsi and went to the counter to pay. i had just large bills so i wanted to use my creditcard again. this guy told me he cant take it because its less than a certain amount. however i just paid 22 dollars and even it was his fault that he didnt ask for a drink he was not willing to take the card. however i as so hungry that i didnt say anything i was just quite went to my desk to enjoy finally the food in my lunch break.after i tried the first bite i realized that the food was completly cold. not warm at all nothing. not even the items which were supposed to be warm. they were all cold. but instead of telling him i just tried to eat and left almost 70 % of the veg plate and 50 % of the salad there. i jsut enjoyed the fruits.i am working in tourism and hospitality management and i am a tourist from germany. so i can just say i would never ever recommend this place to any of my friend according to the bad service, bad taste and because these guy just want your money they dont care if you have a full box of salad they give and especially charge you all items. therefore i believe they are not fleixble at all. coming from europe i tried lots of restaurants from the market in shangri la to many food cars but i must say this experience was the worst in vancouver. guys come to germany or asia and learn something about service principals and flexibility.
Great salad selection, and they have shawarmas, hummus and falafels. Family run, friendly service, great for lunch
Amazing tabbouleh. Not sure about the salad bar, but the tabbouleh was tip top! fresh, with a nice touch of lime/lemon sprinkled over the lush green and olive oil, it was the best i’ve had in the last couple of months!i hate hummus but the one they served was surprisingly smooth and i was astonished to find myself dipping the bread in it and swallowing it down. i was impressed. next time my only hope was to get a bigger serving of tabbouleh and the meat.
Service was friendly but the food was cheap quality. Not worth my money.
